Everything in one night, and in real life, you can’t press a button a restart the game. It goes on even if you feel you can’t move along with it. That’s how Dawn feels like.

Release Day Review: The Hunt by Brad Stevens

Today it is release day fro Brad Stevens book; The Hunt. I LOVED reading this one - read my review and find out why!
Remember to swing by Brad's FB party, loads of prizes and fun!

Mara Gorki lives in London in the year 2068. But it is a very different UK from what we know it today. Everything is controlled by men. Women have no right to vote, to drive. They’re not allowed to own their own businesses, homosexuality is banned and every time a woman over 18 steps outside a door, she has to wear the uniform; tights, skirt, blouse and jacket. If she should dare to go outside without wearing the uniform, the penalty is… severe.

Release Day Review: Prime Deception by Carys Jones

When a young woman kills herself, it seems like suicide and is ruled that way by the police. Another young life wasted, a tragedy. A whole family is being torn apart, a town is grieving, and the Deputy Prime Minister feels like his heart is torn out from his chest and the light has gone from his world.

See, the young woman who allegedly committed suicide was the Deputy’s mistress. All very hush, hush, of course. But not everything is what it seems like.

When Lorna’s twin sister; Laurie shows up at Downing Street as an intern as her sister before her, all hell breaks loose, and the Deputy Prime Minister is just about to lose his mind. But Laurie is there with a secret agenda; she doesn’t believe that her sister killed herself. She would never do that. Laurie wants to dig out the truth, even if she has to team up with the man her sister slept with and just might be her killer.

Release Day Review: Spelled (Casted #2) by Sonya Loveday

Today it's Release day for the much anticipated sequel to Casted by Sonya Loveday. Casted was an amazing read, and I know you will all enjoy Spelled as well. Make sure to drop by Sonya and wish her a Happy Release Day, or even better - go by her FB Party TODAY. Have fun, and make sure to send her a hug from me!

Spelled is the sequel to Casted (and you all know how much I LOVE Casted!!) I am indeed a VERY lucky girl in so many ways, one of them being a beta reader for Sonya – which means I got to read this very, very, VERY early!!! *evil grin*

I was nervous about reading Spelled, because when Casted was that good – how could she make a sequel that would live up to the emotional wreck from the first one? Never fear my friends. Although Spelled isn’t the same emotional rollercoaster as Casted, it is absolutely PACKED with secrets, revelations, mayhem, magic and mystery.

Release Day Review: The Grendel Affair (SPI Files #1) by Lisa Shearin

Mac went to New York to follow her dream. She wanted to make a difference, just like the rest of her family, but in a different way. Everyone in her family is in law enforcement in one way or another. Mac wanted to go after the bad guys, but not with guns drawn and fire blazing around her ears. She wanted to deliver them on the front pages, battle with the big guys in New York Times. Just one problem…. No big newspaper will hire a newbie with a new degree in journalism. So Mac ended in the Informer, a seedy tabloid that doesn’t care if it truly prints the truth or not – as long as it sells. But Mac IS telling the truth, and soon she comes into SPI’s radar.
