But I have to say, Nate Grimm, the protagonist in my upcoming release, Grimm Consequences, will always hold a special place in my heart. I think part of the reason I adore Nate is because he was an unexpected hero, meaning, I hadn’t originally intended for him to be my romantic lead in RED (Transplanted Tales #1). But the moment I wrote his description, I knew he was the one for Tess “Red” Little. And although I think there are many reasons why I fell for Nate while writing his and Tess’s love story, here are the top five reasons why I think readers just might fall in love with him, too:

- I’m a stay-at-home mom who has a never-ending pile of laundry to fold and two children who keep me on my toes. I love to sing, dance, laugh, watch movies, jog...the norm. I’m very shy if I don’t know you, and way too outgoing if I do. I’m like the epitome of contradiction, even down to my socks. :)
